Dental Implants & Full-Arch Restoration
Replace a single tooth or rebuild your entire smile with permanent, natural-looking teeth.
The same implant systems used in the U.S., at a fraction of the cost and paired with a nice beach getaway.

Wondering how getting an implant is like?
Will I be left without teeth?
No. You'll leave with temporary teeth the same day — you're never toothless in public or unable to eat.
How soon can I eat?
Soft foods right away; you'll ease back to normal eating as you heal over the following weeks.
Does it hurt?
The procedure is done under anesthesia with sedation options. Most patients report mild sensitivity, not pain.
How long does it take?
Typically two trips a few months apart, to allow the implants to fuse with the bone. Full timeline below.

Full-Arch & All-on-4
If you've lost most or all of your teeth — or you're facing that — a full arch of fixed teeth can be supported on just 4 to 6 implants.
No slipping dentures, no adhesive: teeth that feel and function like your own and last for many years.
- Fixed upper and/or lower arch
- A stable, comfortable bite restored
- A new, beautiful smile
- Single implants and smaller cases welcome too

Single implants, and implant-supported bridges
If you only need to replace one or a few missing or damaged teeth, a single implant or an implant-supported bridge may be what you need.
- No damage to other teeth
- A stable, comfortable bite restored
- Natural look and feeling
- Helps preserve maxillary bone
Implants: precision and technology
Materials & surface
Medical-grade titanium, which is biocompatible and inert in the body. The systems we place invest heavily in surface-treatment research to speed and strengthen integration with the bone.
Parts of an implant
A dental implant is a small titanium post that replaces the root of a missing tooth. It has three parts: the fixture placed in the bone, the abutment that connects to it, and the crown, bridge or denture that fits the abutment.
Osseointegration
Osseointegration is the process by which the implant fuses with the jawbone — it's what gives implants their stability and longevity. Success depends on bone quality, proper hygiene and technique. We assess your bone with 3D imaging before we begin; if it's insufficient, a graft may be placed, sometimes at the same time as extractions.
Brand-name implants — the same ones used in the U.S.
We place globally recognized systems and give you the authenticity card for your implants, so your dentist anywhere can identify exactly what you have.

Your implant journey
Implants heal over months, so we plan around your travel — typically two trips, with the healing time spent at home.
Free Assessment
Answer a few questions and Dr. Rivas will personally review your case, then email you an honest assessment with suggested next steps. It's free, and the results are yours to keep whatever you decide.
We'll tell you honestly whether your case is a good fit for our services. If it is, we'll include an invite to schedule a free remote consultation.
Remote consultation
A brief free consultation with Dr. Rivas over video conference. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a feeling for the communication.
Based on what you discuss with Dr. Rivas, we'll send you a draft quote and treatment plan so you have the full picture and can decide whether to take the next step.
While it's impossible to give you a final treatment plan with images alone, we'll tell you whether you're likely to require surgery to improve the bone.
Trip 1: planning, placement and temporary teeth
On your first trip, we'll typically have two visits: one to do 3D imaging and planning, and a second one to place your implants.
In your first visit to the office you'll get a detailed treatment plan, and an itemized quote. In the second visit we'll place the implants and temporary prosthetics, so you're never toothless in public.
In some cases, surgery is needed to improve the available bone. You'll know more after assessment and X-rays.
Heal at home
After the placement of the implants, you go back home to let the bone heal and fuse with the implants.
Taking your medications, which include antibiotics, and exercising proper hygiene (we'll give you a guide) is crucial for your bone to heal properly.
The length of the healing process depends on your bone situation. It may take something from 4 to 6 months, after which you'll be ready to get your final teeth.
Trip 2: final teeth
Once your bone has healed, you'll be ready to get your permanent restorations done.
The implants are ready now to bear the mechanical forces of mastication, so the full denture, bridge or crown can be placed.

Pricing factors: the figures above assume that the bone is ready to place implants. Need for maxillary surgery or bone grafts are the primary drivers of cost increase.
Real results
Before & after — real patients, real transformations.
“I took my time investigating all dental options here before choosing Dr. Rivas.
His attention to detail and listening to what the patient wants set him above all the others.
He also is a perfectionist! Which of course is exactly what you want when it comes to your smile! He had the lab redo several of my teeth so that they fit and looked exactly the way we discussed. I highly recommend him; you will not be disappointed with the results!”
